At HISP University of Malawi, we are specialized in advanced health informatics solutions like DHIS2, HISP UNIMA bridges the gap between technology and healthcare delivery. Our core operations focus on digital health system implementation, health data management, health information research and capacity building etc.

We work in close collaboration with key stakeholders, primarily serving the Ministry of Health and government institutions (health institutions), healthcare workers, development partners, non-governmental organizations, and the academic research community.

Our Impact

And Results

HISP University of Malawi has delivered measurable results by deploying large-scale digital health systems across the country. Through the Integrated Community Health Information System (iCHIS), we equipped Health Surveillance Assistants with mobile tools for real-time data collection and service delivery. Our work on the Medical Equipment Management Information System (MEMIS) is reducing equipment downtime and improving procurement, while over 12 years of supporting the National DHIS2 has enabled data-driven decision-making across all 28 districts.
